Recommended for

Who it is for

  • ✓Makeup settles into pores and lifts by afternoon
  • ✓Your jawline is lifted but your skin still looks dull and older
  • ✓You suffered from oozing or redness after an old ablative laser and are afraid to try again
  • ✓Fine lines around the mouth and eyes and acne scar texture stand out under lights

How it works

How it works

Target layer

Epidermis to dermis (ablation depth and coagulation depth controlled separately by mode)

Layer illustration

A 2,910 nm erbium fiber laser from Acclaro Medical (USA), cleared by the FDA under 510(k) K210847 and K233803. This wavelength is absorbed by water far better than a CO2 laser, so it vaporizes only the tissue it touches and spreads less heat around — close to a 'cool ablation'. It aims for improved texture while reducing redness and pigmentation burden.

Renewall way

The Renewall approach

  1. 01

If lifting is the framework, UltraClear is the interior finish — after setting the line with Ultherapy or Sofwave, we finish the texture

  2. 02

The first thing I ask is your schedule next week. With an important meeting: the Light setting that cleans up texture without anesthesia; with a weekend free: the Intensive setting for deep pores and scars

  3. 03

The thinner and more sensitive your skin, the less we push — energy and depth per mode are lowered to your barrier, and soothing masks, regenerative lasers and Sonostyler support recovery

  4. 04

If color, texture and pores are all concerns, 'triple-layer skin' sets tone first with BBL and layers MOXI; if sagging jawline too, it is combined with Profound on the same day

Pairs well with: Triple-Layer Skin · Post-Lifting Skin Base · BBL HERO

FAQ

FAQ

How is it different from a CO2 laser?+

A CO2 laser (10,600 nm) burns and shaves tissue strongly but spreads heat to normal skin, so redness and oozing last longer and post-inflammatory pigmentation risk is higher in Asian skin. UltraClear's 2,910 nm, highly water-absorbed wavelength removes only needed tissue, reducing that burden.

How is 'Elite' different from the regular UltraClear?+

It is an upgraded version of the same UltraClear platform. Specification differences are explained at consultation, and what decides your result is the mode and depth set for your skin rather than the device name.

What do the different modes mean?+

There are seven modes — Clear, Clear+, Ultra, UltraClear, Laser-Coring, Laser-Coring Elite and Full Ablation — used at different depths and intensities from tone and texture to deep scars. Laser-Coring Elite removes tissue in tiny columns of about 270 µm to target pores, scars and firmness.

Is it very painful with long recovery?+

It depends on the setting. The Light setting is tolerable without anesthesia and redness and dryness settle within days. The Intensive setting is done after numbing cream and fine scabs may appear for several days. We tell you the recovery honestly in advance and fit it to your schedule.

Can I have it with thin, sensitive skin?+

Yes. We do not push hard; we start with energy your barrier can accept. If you became more sensitive after an earlier fractional laser, we first stabilize with the Light setting and soothing care.

Does it help with pigmentation?+

As the surface is replaced with new tissue, tone becomes clearer and epidermal pigment may improve. If pigment is your main concern, it is steadier to use a pigment device such as BBL or PicoSure first and add UltraClear.

How many sessions and how far apart?+

Many feel results from one session for texture and tone; for deep pores or scars we recommend 2–3 sessions at 4+ week intervals. Giving skin time to regenerate keeps the next session safe and lets results build.

Can I have it on the same day as lifting?+

It can be layered on the same day as lifting such as Ultherapy, Sofwave or Profound. The deep layer is set first and the surface refined later; if your skin is sensitive, sessions are split 2–4 weeks apart.

Renewall Difference

Four things that set The Renewall apart

We remodel texture instead of stripping the skin — tone, glow and texture are designed layer by layer.

01

The Director, from consultation to treatment

Dr. Yang personally handles your first consultation, facial analysis, design and treatment. The doctor who consults you is the doctor who treats you.

02

Layer-by-layer diagnosis, tailored design

We first find which layer — from the epidermis to the SMAS — is causing the concern, then match equipment and energy to that layer.

03

Personal next-day follow-up

The day after treatment the doctor checks your progress in person and continues to manage your long-term plan.

04

Private one-person room, comfort first

We reduce pain and anxiety first, and treat you in a room for one person only.
