How it works

How it works

Target layer

Depth varies by area (subcutaneous · above the periosteum)

Layer illustration

Hyaluronic acid (HA) holds water; placed in a hollow, it fills volume at once and supports surrounding structure. Because each product differs in viscosity and elasticity, it is chosen to match the area and depth — forehead, nasolabial fold, chin — and is absorbed slowly over time. A distinguishing point is that it can be adjusted with a dissolving enzyme when needed.

Renewall way

The Renewall approach

  1. 01

As a Juvéderm key doctor I know the characteristics of each product, so I change viscosity and formulation by area and honestly fill only what is needed

  2. 02

First I separate whether the hollow is a shadow made by sagging or lost volume — if sagging is the cause, I lift before filling

  3. 03

The standard is to balance proportions, not to inflate. I check front, side and expressions and add in portions

Pairs well with: Botulinum Toxin (Botox) · Ultherapy Prime

FAQ

FAQ

Which fillers do you use?+

The doctor is a key doctor for Allergan Juvéderm and also for CG Bio Gjelly Renew. Depending on the area we choose among products such as Ellansé, Restylane, Belotero and Neuramis in addition to Juvéderm; products are explained at consultation, along with the reason for the choice.

How long does it last?+

Usually 6–18 months depending on the product, area and personal metabolism. Areas with much movement shrink faster, and lips or under the eyes may be shorter still.

Will I swell or bruise?+

Swelling and bruising at the site may last a few days and usually settle within a week. There is a rare vascular risk, so we inject carefully watching the anatomy. For a few days after, avoid strong massage and saunas.

Will it look obvious or puffy?+

We do not place a lot at once; we add in portions and check. Starting small and topping up if needed gives a more natural result, and anything lacking can be reinforced after some time, so there is no need to rush.

Can it be reversed?+

Hyaluronic acid filler can be reduced with a dissolving enzyme. The reaction depends on the product and timing, so we check at consultation. We keep records before treatment in case dissolving is needed.
