Ultanium (Ultherapy + Titanium)

The two devices work on different layers, so they do not overlap. Ultherapy fixes deep points vertically, and Titanium tightens all layers as a surface. Total energy is divided between the two by skin thickness and fat distribution — Ultherapy points at jowls and double chin, and Titanium energy adjusted on thin areas with fine lines.

Ultherapy alone lifts enough, but a face with little fat may worry about hollowing, and shaping the overall face area has limits. Adding Titanium lets us concentrate Ultherapy shots where needed and also tidy the surface by contracting retaining ligaments.

Titanium's 1064 nm wavelength also stimulates the lymph nodes around the neck to clear swelling from treatment. Many patients go home with the contour already relatively light.

No. We recommend it for thinning dermis where 'the face is pulled but looks empty inside', or when you worry about dryness afterward. Adding material while the laser sends regeneration signals supports the pulled line more firmly.

Titanium's close fit is felt right away; Ultherapy's lift is clearest 2–3 months later as collagen builds. We expect about a year and recommend a yearly maintenance. Because the heat of both devices overlaps and regeneration is more active, many feel it lasts longer than either alone.
