How it works
How it works
Target layer
Subcutaneous fat layer · SMAS (anchor point: temporal fascia near the temple)
Absorbable threads with barbs are placed in the subcutaneous layer to hook sagging tissue and anchor it to the firm fascia near the temple, lifting it in a set direction. What decides the result is not force but direction (vector). Returning fat that slid toward the marionette area to the hollow side cheek narrows the face width and smooths the curves, and collagen forms around the threads to build firmness.
Renewall way
The Renewall approach
- 01
Not a rubber-band lift but rearrangement — fat sagging toward the marionette area is moved to the hollow side cheek, filling curves without overusing filler
- 02
A temporal anchoring principle that prevents cheekbone prominence — I look at the bone structure myself, separate 'where to pull' from 'where to spread', and set thread depth by skin thickness to avoid dimples
- 03
For heavier faces, I first reduce weight with ONDA and use the fewest threads; if the masseter shows after lifting, Botox refines the lower face. I check your progress myself the next day
Pairs well with: Botulinum Toxin (Botox) · ONDA Coolwaves · Re2O

FAQ
FAQ
Won't my cheekbones look bigger after thread lifting?+
Cheekbone prominence happens when the thread direction is wrong. If sagging flesh is pulled in a straight line to in front of the ear, fat piles on the side cheekbone, so The Renewall anchors to the temple fascia and designs vectors that bypass the prominent bone.
What if my skin becomes bumpy or dimpled?+
Dimples appear when a thread runs too shallow or force concentrates on one spot. We adjust depth to skin thickness and place threads deeper in hollow areas. Even if they occur, they usually release as tissue settles, and we check them at the next-day visit.
Can I repeat it if I previously had thread lifting or liposuction?+
It can be done, but adhesions raise the difficulty. By the resistance felt at the fingertip, we bypass firm tissue to find a new path and, if needed, reinforce roughened tissue with Re2O. We also tell you honestly what to expect at consultation.
Why is Botox given together?+
The masseter (square jaw muscle), hidden under sagging flesh, can stand out after threads and make the lower face look wider. Threads are a 'pulling' force and Botox a 'reducing' force, so those with large muscles have both together or Botox added after tissue settles.
How long is recovery?+
Swelling and bruising usually last several days, and tightness when opening the mouth wide may last 1–2 weeks. Avoid facial massage and strong expressions meanwhile. It varies with thread type, number and person.
