How it works
How it works
Target layer
SMAS layer · lower dermis (4.5 / 3.0 / 1.5 mm)
High-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is concentrated on a single point to create a thermal coagulation point at 65–70°C. The fascia layer contracts and supports the face, and over the following months collagen regenerates and firmness improves. We use genuine Ultherapy (AMPLIFY II) with genuine tips.
Renewall way
The Renewall approach
- 01
Vectors, not shot counts — the pulling angle is set against the direction of sagging, differently for every face
- 02
Thin-skin and thick-skin types get different depth ratios (4.5 / 3.0 / 1.5 mm)
- 03
If you worry about hollow cheeks, we recommend 'Ultanium' (Ultherapy plus Titanium and Re2O) instead of Ultherapy alone
Pairs well with: Ultanium (Ultherapy + Titanium) · Ul-Thermage · Alma Titanium · Re2O

FAQ
FAQ
Should I choose Ultherapy or Thermage?+
Ultherapy suits the 'sagging' side; Thermage suits the 'loosened' side (lost firmness). If both are present, we combine them as 'Ul-Thermage'.
Does it hurt?+
Numbing cream is applied, and if you are sensitive to pain you can choose sleep sedation.
When will I see results?+
Some tightening is visible right away, and results are clearest 2–3 months later once collagen has built up.
Will my cheeks become hollow?+
Using too much energy on someone with little fat can cause hollowing, so we adjust depth and shot distribution to your skin type and add regenerative treatments when needed.
How long does it last?+
Usually 12–18 months. We recommend a maintenance session at around one year.
